In the role of Distribution Team Lead, we'll count on you to:

• Supervise work of designers and coordinate design of assigned projects
• Coordinate work of single or multidiscipline teams throughout the project's life cycle (from development and initiation to close‑out), while under supervision of a Project Manager
• Responsible for many aspects of a small project or a single aspect of a larger project
• Coordinate workload through project execution and complete deliverables on budget and schedule
• Communicate effectively with client and /or end use customers on schedules, commitments, project feasibility, time frames, and expectations.
• Prepare work orders and job packages consisting of bills of material, permit coordination and support, requisitions, site drawings and construction drawings for various installations of electrical facilities in a cost‑effective manner that maximizes safety and service reliability.
• Effective planning, organizing, estimating, scheduling, and monitoring of work activities.
• Perform other duties as needed and assigned by management.

• More than 3 years of Distribution Design experience
• BOUD / Maximo / Pole foreman experience

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Microsoft Office product experience
• General background-related experience
• An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee‑owned culture is a must
