The Program Manager – Mission Solutions will serve as the senior leader responsible for driving one or more multi‑million‑dollar advanced prototype programs from concept through delivery. This role sits at the critical intersection of technology transition, program execution, and strategic leadership. You will guide promising technologies emerging from our applied research portfolio into fully realized prototype systems, with the ultimate objective of fielding sailor‑ready capabilities at the speed of relevance.

In this position, you will oversee complex, fast‑moving programs that integrate cutting‑edge autonomy, robotics, sensing, and mission‑system technologies. You will lead cross‑functional engineering teams, coordinate with government stakeholders, and ensure that technical progress, schedule, and budget remain tightly aligned. The role also includes a meaningful business development component including identifying new opportunities, shaping future program concepts, and helping expand our mission‑solutions portfolio.

• Lead overall program management for one or more multi-million-dollar advanced prototype programs, ensuring alignment of technical execution, schedule, budget, and customer expectations.
• Work within a team of multidisciplinary engineers and specialists throughout the life of advanced prototype systems - including Autonomous Underwater Vehicles (AUVs) and other unmanned maritime platforms - through integration, test, verification, and demonstration efforts.
• Drive the transition of emerging technologies from applied research into integrated prototype systems, with a focus on rapid fieldability and mission relevance.
