The Molding Engineer is responsible to support the injection molding, tooling engineering, preventive maintenance, mold testing and evaluation, and project management areas. Review, develop and execute procedures to reduce cycle time, improve part quality and dimensional capabilities, mold condition, evaluation and tooling succession plan, dimensional and tolerance analysis, and spare parts analysis. Support and assist clients projects timelines among other responsibilities of the engineering department.
Qualifications- Bachelor degree in Engineering with 3 to 7 seven years of experiences in medical device industries, injection molding procedures (Micro, Bulk), Thermo, Mixing, Welding, Calibration and Preventive Maintenance.
- Experience in engineering assessments.

- Equipment, Machines & instruments.
- Fully Bilingual (Spanish & English).
- Willing to work non-standard shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent technical writing Skills.
- Leadership and project management skills.
