We’re expanding our Community Development team in Tampa and looking for a Project Manager / Site Civil Engineer who’s ready to take ownership of meaningful projects and play a key role in shaping communities across Florida.
ResponsibilitiesLead and work on projects designed by CPH’s Community Development Team, focusing on the site civil aspects of the design, including:
- Site layout
- Grading
- Drainage
- Utilities
- Construction plan preparation
- Permitting
Manage the team and projects from initial concept and due diligence through permitting and construction. The work covers a variety of clients locally, regionally, and throughout the U.S.
Project Types- Parks and recreation
- Operations and public works complexes
- Public safety
- Education and institutional projects
- Airport facilities
- Localized and regional drainage systems
Up to $10,000 sign‑on bonus.
