Industrialization And Process Optimization Role

You will be responsible for the industrialization of new productions, overseeing the design and development work necessary to optimize manufacturing processes. Your role includes the development of operating procedures and associated technical documentation, ensuring the traceability and compliance of processes. You will define optimal operational times and identify specific needs for tools and ingredients, ensuring efficient and quality production. Your expertise allows you to develop innovative solutions for repairing parts, thus contributing to the continuous improvement of processes.

You will actively support production workshops by providing technical support and ensuring compliance with established procedures. Additionally, you will participate in subcontracting actions, either as a giver or receiver of orders, ensuring smooth coordination with external partners. Finally, you will be responsible for the qualification of testing means or special processes, ensuring their compliance with current standards and their reliability for production operations.

Your key role in optimizing industrial processes directly contributes to the efficiency and competitiveness of our company. You will also actively contribute to the evolution of maintenance methods and industrial means of AIA, by conducting proactive technological surveillance.

You are an expert in the industrialization and optimization of production processes, capable of leading industrialization projects, developing precise operating procedures, and ensuring the compliance of processes while innovating to continuously improve technical processes. Your profile combines solid experience in surface treatments, qualification of production means, and coordination with external partners, with a strong analytical and problem-solving capacity to optimize industrial performance.

You demonstrate an innovative spirit, technical rigor, and a keen sense of teamwork, while being able to lead projects autonomously with a high level of responsibility.
