About Confinity Confinity is a deep-tech startup in the field of building materials and prefabricated parts. We have developed a novel carbon concrete in combination with an innovative manufacturing process – a technology that enables highly efficient and fast production. What you can expect

• Design of CAD models and technical drawings for reinforced concrete prefabricated parts (ceilings, walls, columns, stairs)
• Detailed construction of components and assemblies taking into account statics, reinforcement guidance, and manufacturing restrictions
• Creation of manufacturing and assembly drawings for production in the precast plant
• Active support in prototype construction and testing – hands-on is highly valued
• Close cooperation with material development (carbon concrete), statics, and manufacturing
• Compliance with construction standards (DIN, EC2) and manufacturing-compliant component design

What you bring

• Completed technical training or degree (e.g., civil engineering, technical product design in the construction sector, construction technician or similar)
• Experience in concrete construction or prefabricated construction – ideally in the design of reinforced concrete prefabricated parts, concrete components, or similar construction products
• Proven CAD experience (AutoCAD, Revit, Tekla, Solid Works or similar) – ideally in the construction sector
• Basic understanding of statics and structural design of reinforced concrete construction components
• Detail-oriented, structured working method
• Team capability and communication skills
• Good German language skills in speech and writing
