Project Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Project Manager to lead and oversee project initiatives from inception to completion. You will be responsible for defining project scope, setting goals, and ensuring that all deliverables are met efficiently and effectively.

• Facilitate the definition of proper scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop full-scale project plans, including timelines, tasks, resources, and budget.
• Assemble and coordinate project staff and provide team direction.
• Negotiate and resolve issues related to Change Orders, Requests for Information, and Contract Scope in a timely manner.
• Lead the planning and implementation of the project.
• Manage project budget and participate in review meetings.
• Track and report on project performance to management.
• Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
• Maintain rapport with architects, engineers, and general contractors to ensure customer satisfaction and quality service.
• Conduct site walks for quality assurance and project reviews.
• Conduct project evaluations and assessments to identify improvement opportunities.
• Manage all closeout procedures, including documentation, filing, and team debriefing.
• Drive division profitability through effective project execution.

• 3+ years of project management experience preferred.
• Proficiency in electrical project management and Procore software.
• Ability to multi-task in high-volume, fast-paced work environments.
• Ability to manage and run multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional computer skills.
• Firm knowledge and fluency in estimating.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Meticulous and well-organized.
• Stable employment history.

• Working knowledge of projects and building codes is beneficial.
• Multi-family/mixed-use construction experience preferred.
• Journeyman or master electrical license is a plus.
• OSHA certification.
• FASA BASA certification.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tampa, FL.

The pay range for this position is $40.87 - $50.48/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. This is a fully onsite position in Tampa,FL.
