Mechanical Project Engineer

TLC Engineering Solutions seeks a Mechanical Project Engineer to design HVAC and mechanical systems for sustainable healthcare, education, and commercial buildings. In the Engineering & Design department, you will perform load calculations, energy modeling, equipment selection, and develop detailed plans and specifications. You'll collaborate closely with architects and multidisciplinary teams, support construction administration, and ensure code compliance. Responsibilities

• Design and analyze HVAC and mechanical systems for healthcare, education, and commercial buildings
• Develop mechanical plans, specifications, and equipment selections for sustainable, energy efficient projects
• Coordinate with architects, structural, electrical, and other engineering disciplines
• Perform load calculations, system modeling, and life cycle cost analyses
• Support construction administration, RFIs, submittal reviews, and site observations
• Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements
• Collaborate with project teams to deliver on time and within budget
• Contribute to continuous improvement, innovation, and sustainability initiatives
