The OpportunityThe Environmental & Water Resources group is looking for a Market Leader to anchor their Florida presence. You'll be the face of the practice in the region generating leads, building client relationships, pursuing projects, and delivering technically complex stormwater projects from planning through construction. You'll also play a meaningful role in mentoring staff and shaping the quality of what the team delivers.

What You'll Be Doing- Lead business development efforts in the Florida market, including targeted client relationship building and active participation in professional organizations
- Serve as Senior Project Manager with full technical responsibility on stormwater infrastructure projects — from scoping and planning through design and construction
- Lead 1D/2D hydraulic and hydrologic modeling projects and design of infrastructure including pipelines, open channels, pump stations, channel stabilization, storage and treatment facilities, and other conveyance systems
- Collaborate with stormwater practice leaders nationally to support local growth and innovation
- Mentor junior staff and maintain quality control across deliverables including contract documents, plan sets, drainage calculations, and technical reports
- Bachelor of Science in Civil or Environmental Engineering
- 10+ years of progressive civil engineering experience with a focus on stormwater and water resources
- Hands-on experience with modeling, design, and construction of stormwater infrastructure
- Proficiency with industry-standard tools including ICPR (1D/2D), HEC-RAS (1D/2D), HEC-HMS, ICM, FLO-2D, XPSWMM, ArcGIS, and Civil 3D
- Strong communication, presentation, and client-facing skills
- Proven project management experience and the ability to operate independently
