We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Mechanical Service Representative) to oversee steam turbine maintenance and outage projects throughout North America. This hybrid position offers the opportunity to manage technically challenging projects while working alongside experienced engineers, technicians, millwrights, and customers within the power generation industry.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong mechanical background who enjoys managing projects from quotation through completion while serving as the primary customer contact throughout each project.

- Manage steam turbine maintenance and outage projects from proposal through project completion.
- Prepare detailed project quotations, scopes of work, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate field personnel, subcontractors, equipment, and materials to ensure successful project execution.
- Monitor project schedules, costs, quality, and safety throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify project risks and implement solutions to maintain project objectives.
- Serve as the primary customer liaison, providing regular project updates and resolving technical or scheduling issues.
- Collaborate with engineering, field service, operations, and customer teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Support planning and execution of turbine overhauls, inspections, repairs, and startup activities.
- Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and customer satisfaction standards.
- Complete project documentation, reports, and closeout activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field preferred.
- Minimum of five years of project management experience in the power generation or rotating equipment industry.
- Experience with steam turbines, turbine maintenance, or power generation equipment required.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and customer relationships.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel 50%–75% throughout the year.
- Ability to work extended shifts, including 12-hour day or night shifts, weekends, and holidays during outage schedules.
