American Structure point, Inc. invites applicants to join Accelerated Engineering Development Program in Tampa. This 3-year rotational program exposes you to up to three design centers, covering roadway design, cost estimation and project lifecycle.
You will work across offices in Indiana, Ohio, Florida and Texas, gaining hands-on experience from day one. Seeking students graduating in Dec 2026 or May/June 2027 with civil engineering focus and a strong work ethic, ready to learn and collaborate.
