Job Description Overview AtkinsRéalis is seeking an Aviation Civil Engineering Intern to join our Tampa, FL office.
Your role Receive mentorship to assist experienced engineering staff in the design and production of engineering plans and specifications for airport and airport-related civil engineering projects including runways, taxiways, aprons, parking lots, and supporting infrastructure. Contribute to various elements of airfield geometric design, pavement design, airport lighting, and construction administration tasks for commercial service and general aviation airports. Periodically perform construction field observations at aviation project sites and attend weekly construction meetings.
Assist with project quantity take-offs.

Pursuing your Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from an accredited program - Special skills:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and AutoCAD or AutoCAD Civil 3D - Special skills:

Expected compensation range is between $25 - $31 hourly depending on skills, experience, and geographical location.
