Mott Mac Donald is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join our growing Water and Wastewater team ineither our Tampa or Jacksonville office. As part of a multidisciplinary team of engineers, designers, and project managers, you will contribute to the planning, design, and implementation of critical water, wastewater, and infrastructure projects that serve communities throughout Florida and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
Working under the guidance ofa team of engineers and designers, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the evaluation, analysis, and resolution of electrical andcontrolsengineering challenges.
- Assisting with the design of electrical power distribution, instrumentation, controls, and SCADA systems for water and wastewater facilities and related infrastructure.
- Assisting in preparing engineering calculations, drawings, specifications, cost estimates, technical reports, and other project deliverables through all phases of design.
- Assisting with power system studies, including short circuit, protective device coordination, arc flash, and load flow analyses.
- Supporting coordination betweenmultidisciplinaryteams, including process, mechanical, civil, structural, and instrumentation disciplines, to support project delivery.
- Supporting projects during construction through review of RFIs,submittals,andfield observations.
- Supporting your own continuous professional development through technical training, project experience, and collaboration with senior engineering staff.
- Representing Mott Mac Donald professionally while supporting our commitment to technical excellence, innovation, and client service.
We invite applications from candidates with the following qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
- Engineer Intern (EI/EIT) certification preferred or ability to obtain within twelve (12) months.
- Minimum of1-3yearsof electrical engineering experience, preferably supporting municipal water and wastewater facilities, pumping stations, utility infrastructure, transportation, energy, or industrial projects.
- Exposure to electrical systems design for water and wastewater facilities, including:
- Low- and medium-voltage power distribution systems
- Motor control centers (MCCs)
