Director – Water​/Wastewater

Take on a senior leadership role as Director - Water/Wastewater (626) overseeing water and wastewater engineering operations, serving as a trusted advisor to clients and project teams. Lead the delivery of treatment, reuse, and infrastructure projects while guiding budgets, schedules, and quality outcomes.

• Lead a water/wastewater engineering team of ~30 professionals, driving growth and excellence across the practice.
• Oversee municipal projects, including drinking water supply, wastewater treatment, reuse systems, and infrastructure improvements.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers and project managers.
• Manage project delivery by monitoring budgets, schedules, and quality, ensuring exceptional client service and successful outcomes.
• Drive business development through proposals, client relationship building, and identification of new opportunities, strengthening market presence

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in water/wastewater engineering.

• Competitive salary: $180,000 - $250,000 plus bonus.
