Position: Guest Service Agent 1820 ASAP

Guest Services Agent

Location:

Tampa, 33607 – This position is onsite.

Pay: $18.00 per hour - $20.00 per hour. Must meet specific requirements to qualify for $20.00 per hour.

Type:
Direct hire.

Schedule:

Must be open to department hours 5:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Midnight) EST. Schedules are assigned in 3-month periods.

Training schedule: M-F, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST for 2 weeks.

Target start date:
March 2, 2026.

Job description
  • Coordinate daily catering operations in alignment with company policies to deliver exceptional guest service, ensure client loyalty, and continuously enhance quality and service standards.
  • Provide bespoke guest support under the direction of the Guest Services Manager, maintaining strict confidentiality of client information while accurately processing orders, managing phone and email queues, and documenting all pertinent details.
  • Execute end-to-end order management, including supplier selection, pricing research, quote preparation, promotional application, upselling, quality control checks, e-filing, coding, confirmation, and resolution of process events in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Network, IT, Finance, Marketing & Sales, and supply chain partners to resolve customer concerns, manage escalations, and ensure seamless service delivery throughout the order lifecycle.
  • Participate in cross-training, departmental meetings, performance huddles, and ongoing improvement initiatives, while communicating shift updates and supporting management with additional duties as assigned.
  • Nice to have
    • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Culinary
    Requirements
    • Must have business-to-business client relationship experience (white glove service)
    • Must have experience with catering/culinary operations or hospitality
    • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Must have MS Office proficiency including Excel, Word, Outlook, advanced skills
    • Must have a flexible schedule
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Background check required
    • Drug screening required
