Closeout Auditor, Local Eats Club & Concessions

• Data entry during event transfers.
• Data entry of sales sheets, known as inventory stand sheets.
• Determine and conduct recounts of inventory.
• Compare inventory counts to sold amounts, spotting discrepancies.
• Investigate and reconcile discrepancies found in inventory records.
• Prepare reports on inventory accuracy and discrepancies.
• Monitor inventory transactions and report any irregularities.
• Evaluate inventory management procedures and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve inventory accuracy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Must be available for all Tampa Bay Buccaneers, USF, and major stadium events (concerts, dirt events, etc.), including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Some auditing experience or inventory management preference.
• Proficient in data analysis tools and software.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills.
• Proactive, self‑motivated, organized, detail oriented, and able to prioritize as needed.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to change.
• Positive and professional interaction with coworkers.
• Lead, coach, train, and support team members to ensure processes and standards are followed, providing legendary guest service.
• Must have sufficient mobility to perform tasks that involve reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods.
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to Legends Uniform & Grooming guidelines.
• Command of the English language, both written and verbal; multilingual is an advantage.

• Regularly stand, walk, lift, carry, reach, squat, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Stand and walk for up to 12 hours during a shift while navigating ramps, stairs, elevators, and guests.
• Outdoor venue may involve extremes of heat and humidity, or other adverse weather conditions.
• Learn new tasks, remember processes, maintain focus, and complete tasks independently.
• Make timely decisions to improve workflow and operations efficiencies.
• Communicate and lead teams in time‑sensitive situations, comfortable speaking before a group and providing clear direction.
