How we look & appear to each guest provides an important impression of our Company. This position is responsible for coordinating the daily operations of Casino Hosts and Player Development.

• Performs administrative back of house tasks that support the operation for the Player Development department
• Assists in processing room reservations, dining reservations, spa reservations, setting up transportation for events, electronic distribution of tickets, etc…
• Coordinates complimentary process with Player Development and other operating departments
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all electronic gaming machines, player tracking systems, promotions, events, entertainment and general property information
• Monitors activities that could affect efficiencies and effectiveness of the department including internal controls, department rules and regulations and equipment maintenance
• Maintains confidentiality of company documents
• Ensures consistent service standards are maintained
• Conducts themselves in accordance with all Gaming Commission, Seminole Tribe of Florida, and Player Development department policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned

• Minimum 1 year of guest service experience or administrative roles experience preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience in the Casino or Hotel business preferred
• Must be proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word
• Must have excellent time management skills and complete tasks in a timely manner
• Must have excellent organizational skills
• Must be detailed oriented and accurate
• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to work independently and/or in a team setting
• Experience in casino and/or hotel environment preferred
• Proficient knowledge of CMP & LMS programs preferred
• Must be able to make sound complimentary decisions based on tracked customer play
• Must conduct themselves in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies and procedures
