Dormont Manufacturing Co is looking for a Hospitality Host to manage Casino Floor coverage while supporting the Player Development department. This role requires exceptional guest service skills and an understanding of daily promotions. You will engage with Casino players and oversee operational tasks to ensure seamless service.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of guest service experience, the ability to resolve stressful situations, and must be flexible with work schedules including nights and holidays. An understanding of casino operations is preferred.
