responsibilities

• create realistic princess experiences for families at busch gardens christmas town.
• speak to guests, maintain character, improvise, retain blocking and character direction.
• comfortably speak to guests for long periods and pose for pictures.
• consistently perform the same high‑energy experience repetitively throughout the night of the event.
• perform multiple guest meet‑& greet in outdoor conditions.
• take and implement direction from production team.
• maintain a professional, in‑character performance for the duration of your shift.
• maintain a professional, kind, engaging demeanor while working with a diverse group of customers, leadership and co‑workers.
• perform other duties as assigned based on business need.

• at least 18 years of age.
• maintaining a tidy and safe work area.
• responsibility for clocking in and out at the beginning and end of assigned shifts.
• available for shifts between 2:00pm and 12:00am on event nights, during rehearsals and holidays.
• available for rehearsals, including weekend days prior to event openings.
• ability to disclose accurate availability for all event / rehearsal dates during the audition process.
• ability to sit and stand for extended periods outdoors in all florida weather.
• costumes provided by busch gardens and remain their property.
• will develop skills/knowledge to maintain excellent quality show/appearance.
• follow show notes to ensure progress and adhere to the creative vision of the production team.
• maintain personal appearance by meeting costume and make‑up requirements.

prepare a headshot, resume, and a one‑minute family‑friendly monologue.
