Vinik Sports Group is seeking a part-time Ticket Operations attendant to oversee on-site window staff during events. You will assist guests with tickets, handle Will Call, and troubleshoot ticketing issues at multiple venues including the Benchmark International Arena and Raymond James Stadium.
The role requires experience with ticketing platforms such as Ticketmaster and Archtics, excellent customer service, and the ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
