* Job Description:

** The Casino Credit Manager is responsible for reviewing new applications for approval/denial, activating initial lines, and assigning proper desposit delay.
** Essential duties include, but are not limited to:*
* • Will evaluate requests for temporary increases, continued credit worthiness and permanent limit change requests, compile accurate gaming history on preferred customers in order to provide senior management with the most accurate and complete profile for decisions above their authority level.  
• Will provide the highest level of personal service and attention to Casino Credit patrons and be able to articulate the outcome of a request so that the customer can understand the logic of the decision.  
• Will review in house daily returns to determine disposition and daily returns from Central Credit.  
• Monitor and evaluate credit arrivals, track markers issued for walk/roll and take appropriate action.  
• This person will act as a role model to all employees and encourage others to do the same and will work diligently to support the culture and team philosophy throughout the property.

* Qualifications:

*
* • College Degree (may substitute additional experience for degree, High School or GED required)  
• Minimum of five (5) years of Class III casino industry experience  
• Minimum of three (3) years on the casino floor in a supervisory capacity, preferably casino credit  
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Power Point, and other organizational systems  
• Computer related experience desired including AS400, CMS, and/or ACSC systems  
• Ability to independently maintain high levels of productivity  
• Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills and strong analytical skills.  
• Superior organizational skills  
• Work well under pressure of deadlines  
• Professional appearance and demeanor  
• Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays  
• Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms
** Work Environment:*
* • Duties and responsibilities are typically performed in a professional office setting, but there may be times where you will need to be on the Casino Floor or pass through this area. On the Casino Floor, you may be exposed to casino-related environmental factors including, but not limited to, second hand smoke and excessive noise  
• This position requires frequent standing and walking and the ability to lift, push, and pull up to 30 lbs.  
• Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues Native American Preference Policy:  The Tribal Council gives preference in all of its employment practices to Native Americans. First preference in hiring, training, promoting and in all other aspects of employment is given to members of the Seminole Tribe who meet the job requirements. Second preference is given to members of other federally recognized Native American Tribes who meet the job requirements.
