Job Overview
Our client, a leading global professional services firm, is seeking a Treasury Accountant to join its finance team. The role involves managing trust and escrow transactions, compliance, reconciliations, reporting, and account maintenance across multiple jurisdictions. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Process and handle trust and escrow disbursements and receipts
- Monitor and post client receipts
- Prepare monthly trust reporting for management
- Assist with internal and external audit requests
- Conduct ad-hoc account analysis and reporting
- Liaise with global finance teams as needed
- Maintain and update training and process documentation
- Ensure transactions comply with global and statutory policies
- Prepare variance analysis on management accounts
- Perform other duties as required
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5–10 years of professional services or law firm finance experience preferred
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a high-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and collaborative
- Experience with Elite 3E software is advantageous
