Controller, Finance & Banking, Accounting Manager

We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to support and strengthen our financial operations within a growing real estate management organization. This role will work closely with leadership and the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and efficient accounting processes across multiple properties and entities.

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations related to property management and real estate entities
• Review monthly financial statements, general ledger activity, and reconciliations
• Support month-end and year-end close processes across multiple entities
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and company policies
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax professionals, and third-party vendors as needed
• Support cash flow management, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Provide guidance and support to accounting staff as needed
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and reporting efficiency
• Assist leadership with financial analysis and ad-hoc reporting projects

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (
  CPA preferred
  )
• 5–10 years of progressive accounting experience
• Experience in real estate, property management, or multi-entity accounting strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
• Experience with accounting software and property management systems
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills
