Lending Specialist III

Zing, in collaboration with a financial company, is actively looking for a detail-oriented Lending Specialist who excels in a fast-paced environment. In this position, you will support two lenders by gathering documents and communicating with clients.

• Support two lenders in processing loans, primarily asset-based but also involving real estate and various types of collateral.
• Manage a high volume of loans in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on customer service.
• Handle customer inquiries via email and phone and meet customers for document signings during loan closings.
• Own the loan process from initiation to closure, addressing any customer needs throughout.

• High School Diploma
• Experience:
  
  5-7 years, preferably in banking or a related field
• Knowledge
  • Understanding of commercial vs. consumer lending
  • Familiarity with loan documentation, credit agreements, and collateral
  • Ability to communicate effectively with paralegals and present loan requests clearly
  • Notary License:
    Helpful to have to streamline the closing process
• Adaptability:
  Must be comfortable with changes and able to multitask
