Mortgage Loan Partner​/Assistant

Overview

We are seeking a Loan Partner to support our Loan Officers throughout the full mortgage lifecycle—from application through closing. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and wants exposure to a wide variety of loan products.

Salary $50,000 - $55,000 per year

• Supporting Loan Officers with loan setup, disclosures, and pipeline management
• Collecting, reviewing, and organizing borrower documentation
• Communicating with borrowers, processors, underwriters, and third parties
• Assisting with renovation, specialty, and non-traditional loan scenarios
• Providing consistent, high-touch borrower support throughout the process

• Prior Mortgage, Lending, Or Loan Processing Experience Preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple files in a deadline-driven environment
• Interest in learning complex loan products and growing within mortgage lending
