    • Lead development and ongoing maintenance of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and reforecasts in a private equity operating environment.
    • Build and maintain long-term financial models supporting strategic planning, value creation initiatives, and exit readiness.
    • Develop scenario and sensitivity analyses focused on growth, margin expansion, cost structure, EBITDA, and cash flow.
    • Model key SaaS drivers including ARR, MRR, bookings, churn, retention, expansion, pricing, and unit economics.
  • Corporate & Lender Reporting
    • Work with the Accounting team to prepare quarterly and annual corporate reporting packages for executive leadership and lender calls.
    • Work with the Accounting team to produce lender reporting in accordance with credit agreements, including covenant calculations, compliance schedules, and supporting analyses.
    • Partner with Accounting to ensure alignment between cash flow forecasts, actual results, and debt requirements.
  • Monthly Close & Variance Analysis
    • Perform detailed monthly variance analysis versus budget, forecast, and prior periods, with a focus on SaaS and healthcare performance drivers.
    • Analyze revenue performance, gross margin, operating expenses, and cash flow trends.
    • Partner with Accounting during month-end close to ensure alignment between actual results, SaaS metrics, and FP&A models.
  • Analysis & Decision Support
    • Support private equity value creation initiatives through rigorous financial analysis related to growth acceleration, margin improvement, cost optimization, and capital allocation.
    • Provide financial insights to support pricing decisions, go-to-market investments, product initiatives, and operational efficiency efforts.
    • Create executive-ready presentations and financial narratives that link financial outcomes to business performance.
    • Continuously improve FP&A processes, reporting, and models to support scalability and automation.
Qualifications
  • Required
    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
    • 4+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles, preferably in SaaS, healthcare, or technology.
    • Strong financial modeling experience, including long-term and scenario-based modeling, EBITDA, revenue and margin bridges and cash flow forecasting.
    • Advanced Excel skills; experience with FP&A systems and ERP platforms strongly preferred.
    • Solid understanding of SaaS revenue models, subscription economics, and financial statements.
    • Experience preparing lender reporting and managing covenant compliance.
  • Preferred
    • CPA, CFA, or MBA.
    • Experience supporting executive leadership, board reporting, or private equity–backed organizations.
    • Familiarity with healthcare industry dynamics, regulatory considerations, or healthcare SaaS business models.
