We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a specialization in taxation to join our dynamic team. This role goes beyond form preparation — it’s about strategic tax planning, advisory insight, and aligning financial data with long-term business goals.

Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement tax strategies that minimize liabilities and optimize financial performance.
- Conduct tax planning and forecasting to identify opportunities for future deductions, credits, and liability reduction.
- Align tax returns with company Financial Plans (FPs), ensuring consistency and accuracy between accounting data and tax filings.
- Collaborate with leadership and internal teams to analyze multi-entity and multi-state taxation for high-net-worth clients.
- Communicate complex tax concepts clearly to clients and colleagues without jargon.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, statements, and reconciliations
. - Utilize Quick Books Desktop to manage data efficiently.
- Support and collaborate with management to ensure strategic alignment and precision in financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with all corporate accounting policies and relevant tax regulations.
Core Competencies
Tax Expertise & Licensing:
- Must hold an active CPA license
. - Deep understanding of both tax preparation and tax planning for individuals, corporations, and partnerships.
- Experience with high-net-worth individuals and complex multi-entity structures.
- Proven ability to interpret and apply tax law strategically.
Quick Books & Tax Systems:
- Knowledge of Quick Books Desktop
. - Able to extract and interpret reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and understand data flows between systems.
Analytical & Strategic
Skills:
- Capable of connecting accounting data, financial projections, and tax outcomes to form a full financial picture.
- Experienced in scenario planning and forecasting for future tax implications.
- Able to communicate findings and recommendations to both clients and executives.
Skills &
Qualifications:
- Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) License — required
- 5+ years of professional tax experience
- Expertise in individual and corporate taxation
- Experience with Quick Books Desktop or equivalent software
- Advanced understanding of U.S. tax law, compliance, and strategy
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and mentoring abilities
- Integrity, accountability, and collaborative mindset.
