As a Private Client Banker in a Chase Branch, you will represent our brand and culture with hospitality, delivering the latest banking solutions and technology with friendly service to Chase’s affluent clients and other branch clients. You will manage their complete banking relationship across the company, using a proactive approach to grow balances. You will help acquire new clients by soliciting referrals and developing internal and external sources.

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment. Share the value of Chase Private Client with eligible clients.
• Actively manage assigned clients and their banking relationships through an advisory approach to recommend the best products and services for their financial needs.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust – ask questions and listen to understand, anticipate their needs.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as the Chase Mobile App, , and ATMs to help them bank anytime, anywhere.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to effectively consult with clients about banking solutions, and connect them to our team of experts for specialized needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.

• Demonstrated success using a value-added, relationship-oriented approach to acquire and deepen client relationships.
• 1+ year experience in Branch Banking, Financial Services sales, with proven success in acquiring new clients, deepening relationships, and revenue generation.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients – elevate the client experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with ability to tailor features and benefits of products to clients with differing needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues quickly and effectively with attention to detail – delivering a consistent client experience.
• Operate within established risk parameters/tolerances and meet risk and compliance obligations, including completion of required training.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Minimum licenses:
  The Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses. All unlicensed applicants must obtain licenses through JPMC’s licensing program within 180 days of hire, with study materials and support provided.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

• College degree or military equivalent.
• Experience in cultivating relationships with affluent clients.

This position is subject to Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators. Offers are contingent on JPMorgan
