Large SEC company is looking for a Tax Compliance Manager to join their team. This role will lead assigned portions of the preparation and review of the company’s US international income tax return in accordance with all applicable tax laws and reporting requirements. This candidate will work on tax provision, tax planning, and process improvements.
Must have the following:
- Bachelor's degree required with major in Accounting, Tax, or Law; MBA, MBT, JD, or LLM preferred
- 5+ years of experience at a major public accounting firm and/or tax department of a multinational corporation
- Demonstrated understanding of US International Income Taxation
- Must have experience with project and resource management, contingency analyses, and detailed electronic research
- CPA preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams)
