Our brilliant Private Equity client is searching for an Interim CFO / FD for their newly acquired portfolio company, based in Florida for 3-6 months.
This person will bring previous experience working as a 1099 contractor, helping PE-backed businesses establish their finance and accounting functions, from building reporting and forecasting, cash controls and procedures, debt instruments, working with and providing valuable insight to lenders, systems. This person will also be a clear communicator and good h a small existing team, you would need to help them in understanding what looks good to PE.
As such, they are looking for this person to be hands-on, leading by example.
M&A experience is a plus but not necessary.
