KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Revenue Forecasting to join our Finance and Accounting organization.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain advanced forecasting models to predict revenue trends, leveraging historical data, market analysis, and current industry trends

* Provide essential support to the financial planning process by supplying accurate and timely revenue forecasts

* Collaborate across functions to ensure that budgeting efforts are aligned with revenue forecasts

* Monitor revenue performance against forecasts and historical data

* Identify potential revenue risks and opportunities by analyzing market trends and internal data

* Mentor, develop and train others; manage multiple projects within the department

* Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Qualifications:

* Minimum five years of recent experience in data analytics; professional services experience is a plus;

* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in finance, data science, statistics, or related field required;
Advanced degree is a plus

* Proficiency in Python, R and SQL for data analysis and machine learning model development; strong data visualization tools skills (Power BI); exposure to artificial intelligence (AI) frameworks and advanced financial modeling techniques is a plus

* Familiarity with financial modeling concepts such as scenario analysis, and knowledge of financial planning and analysis processes

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this role; excel in fostering cross-functional teamwork and effectively managing multiple projects

* Must be authorized to work in the U.S without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
