Overview

Job Summary:

The University of South Florida seeks candidates for a finance-focused role that supports forecast modeling, data analysis, and financial management processes.

Note:

Application Review is planned for January 7-9, 2026. USF will be closed December 22 - January 4, but applications will be accepted during this period.

Responsibilities
  • Pull data from various university data systems to provide support for forecast models (e.g., tuition revenue, expenses) and ad-hoc analyses in support of University management.
  • Design and implement standard reports and templates to streamline financial management. Maintain existing reports to assist different University areas and facilitate data collection for BFA for state data submissions or executive decision-making.
  • Support internal staff in completing business processes, including reviewing and revising process documentation. Collaborate with technical resources to automate these processes where possible.
  • Provide support for Bulls Budget System to the university community, including training, reporting, and other end-user support.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Minimum qualification:

    This position requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Preferred qualification:
    This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration with 3 years of experience OR a Master’s degree with 1 year of experience.
