Senior Financial Analyst; Corporate Accounting

Location: Tampa, FL (Hybrid - 3 days in-office)

We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join a market leader in the Greater Tampa Bay region that is experiencing significant growth. This role is built for someone who can bridge the gap between technical accounting and strategic business partnership.

You will manage financial reporting, month‑end close activities, and variance analysis for core business units, translating complex data into executive level insights that drive decision making. • Act as the financial lead for assigned business units, partnering with operational leadership to support strategic and day‑to‑day decision making
• Deliver clear monthly variance analysis with actionable insights that identify performance drivers and business risks
• Own forecasting and budgeting for core operations, incorporating key revenue and cost drivers to improve visibility and predictability
• Support balance sheet analytics, general ledger reviews, and technical accounting controls
• Ensure audit‑ready accuracy within a SOX controlled environment
• Build executive‑ready reporting and presentations for senior leadership
• Identify and automate inefficient manual processes to improve reporting speed and scalability
• Mentor and develop junior analysts

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (Required)
• CPA or Master’s degree (Preferred)
• 4+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance or accounting (Big 4 or large‑scale corporate experience is a plus)
