Position Overview
Seeking a Lending Assistant to support loan pipelines from approval through closing and ongoing servicing. This role serves as the liaison between Relationship Managers, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate loan execution.
Key Responsibilities- Manage loan pipeline and coordinate with Relationship Managers to drive timely closings
- Review and coordinate closing documentation, due diligence, and regulatory requirements
- Partner with closing and servicing teams to ensure proper booking, funding, accruals, and cash management
- Monitor life-of-loan activity including draws, payments, and payoffs
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, core banking systems, and nCino
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
- Experience with Commercial Real Estate and C&I loan documentation
