What stands out to the manager:
Previous work at a bank or credit card company is helpful, proactive, self-starter, administrative work. Workers are going in online portal to review applications, problem solving via ticketing systems.

Intermediate Excel skills.

• Partner with JPMorgan and AMEX to manage administration of credit card platform.
• Support LOreal employees with credit cards and manage internal Service Now system to help troubleshoot ongoing issues.
• Follow internal control guidelines surrounding credit card limit increases through the Salesforce platform.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual credit card reporting to support the various finance and accounting functions.
• Partner with HR IT resources to monitor and track the employee status through daily data feeds and close or limit card transactions according to established policy.
• Partner with A/P and Sourcing on weekly vendor payment process.
• Ensure compliance with treasury policies and group norms.
• Other tasks as assigned.
