National Payment is seeking a detail‑oriented and analytical professional to support payroll funding and ACH‑related client inquiries. This onsite role is ideal for someone who enjoys understanding how money moves and solving transaction‑related questions in a structured financial environment.

This is not a scripted call‑center position. The role focuses on investigating funding timing, reviewing transaction activity, and communicating clearly with business clients.

• Investigate payroll funding timelines and transaction‑related inquiries
• Review effective dates, processing windows, and account activity
• Analyze transaction flow and identify discrepancies
• Communicate funding status clearly and professionally to business clients
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve funding issues
• Maintain accurate documentation of research and resolutions

• Exposure to payroll funding processes, ACH mechanics, and real‑world financial transaction workflows

• $35,000–$45,000 annually (based on experience)
