We are always looking for new ideas and people who are passionate about their craft. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pricing Analyst II to join our team. The Pricing Analyst II is responsible for ensuring that all pricing efforts are accurate, complete, and executed according to the specific request for proposal (RFP) or defined opportunity, and compliant with company pricing policies.
The position will also help with strategies and conducting research to support various proposals and initiatives; and will ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) requirements and pricing standards. The ideal candidate should be highly detail oriented, compliance and customer focused, able to interpret and verify accuracy of data, and able to work collaboratively across functions for success in this role.
The position is responsible for ensuring a high quality of pricing and proposal deliverables to management and external customers.
- RFP and Solicitation Analyzes
- Develop and update integrated pricing models in Excel, accounting for key elements of price, including direct cost, overhead, General and Administrative (G&A), and profit, by cost element and line-item.
- Work cooperatively across functional areas to gather requirements, develop bases‑of‑estimate (BOEs), and integrate key assumptions into proposals.
- Evaluate risks and develop methodologies to properly account for them in pricing.
- Gather and analyze economic data to support pricing strategies and escalation factors
- Communicate and clearly document key assumptions to ensure all stakeholders have buy‑in with strategic decisions.
- Support cost volume development
- Help develop future pricing practices to standardize processes.
- Measure and monitor program performance, including the impact of program decision‑making on past and future performance.
- Ensure actions taken to execute contracts are in alignment with the business model that supports contract‑specific terms and conditions.
- Review and oversee future Information Technology (IT) improvements including the implementation of pricing tools that integrate with the company's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
- Identify cost‑saving opportunities and process efficiencies.
- Support periodic reporting of proposal status.
- Preparation and presentation of cost reports to support both internal and external customers.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 3+ years' experience in a Finance or Pricing related role.
- Strong to expert level of performance with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to collect and translate data and create any necessary formats for presenting or inserting into proposals.
- Well versed in FAR/DFARS Cost Estimating Systems and process requirements.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment with tight deadlines.
- Acts with integrity, works collaboratively, meets commitments, is willing to learn, and stays current area of expertise.
- Master's Degree in Finance or Business Administration.
- Defense industry experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of Deltek Costpoint and Pro Pricer, or similar ERP systems.
- Travel: ~20% with possible visit to other REPKON USA locations or other meeting locations.
- Work Environment: Office work environment.
