Vice President, Investment Banking - Technology

Compensation

$180,000 - $200,000 base + competitive bonus

We are currently partnered with a high performing middle market Investment Bank headquartered in Tampa, FL looking to add talent to their Technology Investment Banking team. This individual will join the team at either the VP level, and will enjoy access to junior resources immediately as well as the opportunity to build out a junior team underneath them in the future.

• Working closely with senior leaders at the firm and supporting them on deal execution
• Engaging with clients
• Training and mentoring junior bankers
• Conducting financial analysis and due diligence
• Creating marketing materials and pitch decks

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in Investment Banking
• Strong sell side M&A experience with a track record of working on deals that have successfully closed
• Experience working in the Technology (or adjacent) industry
• Strong financial acumen and communication skills
• Currently located or targeting a relocation to either Tampa, FL or Nashville, TN
