Treasury Analyst-- KUMDC

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Treasury Analyst to support corporate credit card operations and treasury administration. This role involves partnering with leading financial institutions such as JPMorgan Chase and American Express, while supporting internal employees and cross-functional finance teams.

• Partner with JPMorgan and AMEX to manage administration of the corporate credit card platform.
• Support employees with credit card-related inquiries and troubleshoot issues through Service Now ticketing system.
• Review and process credit card limit increase requests following internal controls through Salesforce.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual credit card reporting for Finance and Accounting teams.
• Monitor employee status changes via daily HR data feeds and take appropriate action (card closure or limit adjustments) per company policy.
• Partner with Accounts Payable and Sourcing teams to support weekly vendor payment processes.
• Ensure compliance with treasury policies and internal control standards.
• Support additional treasury-related activities as needed.

• 2–5 years of experience in Treasury, Banking, Financial Services, or Credit Card Operations.
• Previous experience working with a bank or credit card company is a plus.
• Experience working with ticketing systems (Service Now preferred).
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar workflow platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow compliance procedures.
• Proactive, self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

• Experience supporting corporate credit card programs.
• Experience working in a structured, policy-driven corporate environment.
• Familiarity with treasury policies and financial reporting processes.
