• Support company wide planning cycles, including forecasts and budgets
• Review financial performance against expectations and historical trends
• Prepare recurring internal reporting used by senior stakeholders
• Translate financial data into clear, actionable insights
• Partner with operational leaders to understand performance drivers
• Monitor and explain variances across multiple focus areas
• Develop and improve analytical tools and models
• Assess both financial and operational indicators of success
• Create custom analyses in response to leadership requests
• Contribute to process improvements and best practice initiatives
• Support cross functional projects tied to growth and change
• Communicate findings in presentations and written summaries

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
  
  MBAstrongly preferred
• 2–4 years of professional experience; corporate financial analysis experience ideal
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across levels and functions
• Advanced Excel capability with frequent, hands on use
• Solid experience working within financial systems and reporting tools
• Comfortable in a hybrid environment with regular in office collaboration
• Able to manage deadlines and shifting priorities effectively
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Confident presenting and discussing results with leadership
