Key Responsibilities:- Craft and execute a strategic business development plan to attract new clients.
- Engage with leads, prospects, and existing clients to uncover financial needs.
- Deliver effective presentations to maximize business development impact.
- Oversee seamless client onboarding and financial planning implementation.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to efficiently open accounts and transfer assets.
- Build and nurture client relationships through expert advice and financial education.
- Schedule and conduct regular client meetings to review financial plans.
- Coordinate with the CIO to align investment strategies with client risk tolerances.
- Ensure compliance with marketing and sales specifications.
- Utilize technology platforms including CRM, trading, and money movement systems.
- A minimum of 5 years of direct client interaction experience in investment advisor
- Bachelor’s degree required;
Finance or Business degree preferred. - Must possess FINRA Series 7, 63, 65, and SIE certifications.
- Experience with investment research, trade rebalancing, and performance reporting.
