Senior Tax Analyst

Kforce has a client in Tampa, FL that is seeking a Senior Tax Analyst to support a growing organization with income tax provision, compliance, transfer pricing, and intercompany activities. This role will partner with leadership and external advisors to ensure accurate, timely reporting while supporting strategic tax initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Corporate Tax:

* Prepare quarterly and annual income tax provisions (ASC 740)

* Support U.S. and international tax compliance, including Forms 5472, FDII, and foreign tax credits

* Coordinate with external tax advisors

* Prepare indirect tax filings (VAT, WHT, sales & use, property taxes)

* Assist with ongoing tax compliance and reporting

Transfer Pricing & Intercompany:

* Ensure compliance with transfer pricing policies across jurisdictions

* Support transfer pricing calculations and documentation updates

* Manage and reconcile intercompany balances (loans, interest, payables)

* Maintain intercompany agreements and supporting documentation

* Prepare intercompany interest calculations and quarterly entries

Cross-Functional Support:

* Partner with Accounting, Tax, and Treasury teams

* Assist with process improvements and special projects
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Tax, or related field

* CPA required

* 4+ years of experience, including Big 4/top-tier public accounting or multinational corporate experience

* Working knowledge of federal/state tax and exposure to international tax

* Understanding of GAAP and financial reporting preferred

* Strong experience with income tax provision and ASC 740

* Experience with U.S. corporate tax returns; international exposure preferred

* Advanced Excel skills (large datasets, pivot tables)

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems

* Strong communication and organizational skills

* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

* Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and adaptable
