Job SummaryThe Treasury Services Associate provides essential support in executing daily departmental operations, including processing financial transactions, assisting with cash management, and ensuring data accuracy. They help maintain internal policies, prepare reports, and resolve transaction discrepancies. The role is integral to maintaining smooth operations, supporting the overall effectiveness of the department, and delivering exceptional service to company members and external clients.
This opportunity requires employees to work full time from our Tampa office location.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Process incoming payments in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment
- Research property and policy data to ensure accurate payment application
- Copy, scan, file, input, email, and report data for daily tasks
- Respond to internal inquiries related to financial transactions
- Assist the Specialist and/or Team Lead with assignments
- Collaborate positively and effectively with team members
- Communicate clearly with members of other departments
- Identify and elevate priority issues
- Review and compare financial transactions and internal policies, then take appropriate action
- Participate in team meetings
- Assist with office relocation in a Disaster Recovery situation
- Other responsibilities as assigned
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable with high-volume transactions
- Effective in a team environment
- Excellent time management, including punctuality and reliability
- Proficient in computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to work extended hours as needed
- Adaptable to changing situations and reprioritizing tasks as necessary
- Organized to complete varied assignments within established time frames
- High School Diploma or GED required;
Associate degree preferred - 1+ years related experience and/or training within a finance and/or high-volume operations department highly desirable. Will consider equivalent combination of education and work experience.
