Title: Controller – Nonprofit (Tampa, FL)
Salary: Up to $180,000/year
Location:
Tampa, FL – Hybrid after training

Key Responsibilities for the Controller:
- Direct all accounting activities and financial reporting processes
- Create and oversee budgets, financial forecasts, and grant management
- Maintain adherence to nonprofit regulations and industry standards
- Manage audit engagements and produce accurate financial statements
- Provide strategic financial guidance to support organizational goals
Qualifications for the Controller:
- CPA required
- Big4 public accounting experience strongly preferred
- 8+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience
