Senior NetSuite Administrator – Solutions Architect

This is a senior, high-visibility Net Suite ownership role sitting at the intersection of IT and Finance. You will own the architecture, configuration, and strategic direction of the Net Suite ERP platform, ensuring it scales with the business, integrates cleanly with enterprise systems, and delivers reliable financial operations. NOT a support role - someone who has been the "go-to" Net Suite expert at a growing company and can own the platform end-to-end.

Compensation: $130,000-$150,000 + 10% annual bonus

Remote Duties:
Define and maintain the overall Net Suite architecture for current operations and future initiatives, ensuring scalability, performance, and adherence to best practices Serve as the primary functional and technical point of contact for all Net Suite-related initiatives, enhancements, and integrations Advise finance leadership on Net Suite capabilities, roadmap decisions, and long-term system strategy Lead design, configuration, and optimization across core financial modules: GL, AR, AP, and Suite Billing Translate finance and accounting requirements into scalable, compliant Net Suite configurations that support business growth Perform hands-on administration including workflows, saved searches, custom fields, forms, roles, dashboards, and approval processes Review, implement, and govern configuration changes to ensure data integrity and consistency Oversee testing, deployment, and documentation of Net Suite enhancements and releases Ensure strong data governance, auditability, and compliance within Net Suite Build reporting, dashboards, and analytics to support financial and operational decision-making Partner directly with the CFO, VP Finance, Controller, and accounting teams to understand business needs and system pain points

Qualifications:

Required Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field 10+ years of professional experience supporting ERP or financial systems 7+ years of hands-on Net Suite administration experience Deep functional expertise in GL, AR, AP, and Suite Billing Demonstrated experience configuring Net Suite workflows, saved searches, roles, and financial processes Strong understanding of accounting operations and financial reporting Proven experience partnering with senior finance leadership Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and communicate clearly across technical and non-technical audiences Preferred Net Suite certifications (Administrator, ERP Consultant, or similar)

Experience with Celigo integrations involving Net Suite Experience supporting Salesforce ?
