- Prepare timely and accurate monthly and quarterly financial results for multiple U.S. entities, including variance analysis and management commentary.
- Maintain ownership of the balance sheet, ensuring all accounts are reconciled and supported with appropriate documentation.
- Manage cash forecasting, cash flow analysis, treasury coordination, and banking relationships.
- Lead and develop accounting personnel responsible for management accounts, intercompany transactions, accounts payable, invoicing, and expense management.
- Coordinate the annual budgeting process and maintain ongoing forecasting activities.
- Oversee payroll operations and related accounting matters, including employee and partner compensation programs, retirement plan administration, and annual audits.
- Manage annual financial statement audits and coordinate preparation of statutory financial statements
- Partner with internal and external tax advisors on federal, state, and local tax matters, ensuring compliance and accurate reporting
- Maintain GAAP-to-tax reconciliations and monitor deferred tax assets, deferred tax liabilities, and net operating losses
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory reporting requirements and coordinate filings with external advisors
- Monitor regulatory developments and collaborate with Compliance and Legal teams to maintain compliance
- Support board reporting, governance requirements, and corporate entity management activities
- Evaluate and strengthen accounting processes, controls, and financial reporting procedures
- Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and finance transformation projects
- Collaborate with regional finance leaders to standardize reporting, reconciliations, chart of accounts structures, and intercompany processes
- Provide training and guidance on finance systems, controls, and best practices across the organization
- CPA or equivalent professional accounting qualification preferred
- Minimum 10+ years of post-qualification accounting and finance experience
- Financial services industry experience strongly preferred
- Audit background preferred
- Experience with enterprise financial systems and consolidation platforms is advantageous
- Advanced Excel skills required;
Power BI experience preferred - Demonstrated experience leading process improvement, automation, and finance transformation initiatives
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
