We are growing our Tampa, FL locations and have an immediate need for a Mortgage Loan Officer - Inside Sales.

Responsibilities:

• Engage in exploratory questioning regarding prospective borrower’s income and debts to match customer needs to a product
• Maintain knowledge of company products and pricing, including lock-in procedures and underwriting guidelines
• Educate prospective borrower on the home buying and refinancing processes.
• Ensure customer information is correct and verified in the loan package, submissions must be complete and accurate
• Ensure timely follow-up to customers, processors, and lender requests
• Ability to meet monthly/quarterly funding goals as agreed upon
• Assist borrower in understanding and clearing credit problems, along with expectations throughout the process
• Have all files to the processor within 24 hours
• Must comply with the Bank’s BSA/AML and OFAC Compliance and Consumer Compliance policies and procedures relevant to responsibilities

Qualifications:

• Minimum four years of mortgage loan origination and commission sales experience required. Refinance experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to remain competitive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work evenings and/or weekends as necessary
• Detail oriented
• Team oriented attitude
• Possess a strong desire to provide superior customer service
• Education:
