• Manages project control activities for complex programs or multiple projects, with responsibility for cost, schedule, and scope tracking.
• Leads a team of project control staff, assigning work, reviewing deliverables, and providing training and performance feedback.
• Sets up projects in the accounting system, prepares and reviews budgets and forecasts, analyzes variances, and drives corrective actions with project managers.
• Ensures compliance with contract and company requirements and oversees contract closeout.
• Other duties as required.

• Must be able to obtain a U.S. Government issued Secret clearance.
• 4+ years of experience providing project control, program finance, cost analysis, or a similar role in support of DOD contracts.
• 4+ years of experience using government accounting and/or project control systems (Deltek Costpoint, Unanet, MS Project, or equivalent platforms).
• Ability to interpret and analyze program performance metrics.
• Experience preparing financial reports and dashboards.

• Possess a current CCE/CCP certification or an equivalent DOD financial management certification.
• Active U.S. Government issued Secret clearance.

• High School Diploma.
