- Engage with members through digital channels with company-generated sales leads to enhance loan production, advertise, and sell MID FLORIDA's mortgage products and services.
- Manage a high volume of quality, dedicated leads.
- Manage the loan pipeline on a daily basis.
- Identify the best loan solutions for borrowers by educating them on various mortgage products, interest rates, and loan terms.
- Maintain accurate records of borrower interactions and loan progress in the CRM and loan origination systems.
- Review loan files for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with secondary market guidelines.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, lending regulations, and product knowledge.
- Work closely with processors, originators, underwriters, and mortgage staff to facilitate timely and efficient closings.
- Communicate professionally and efficiently with all departments to promote synergy.
- Exhibit integrity, trustworthiness, and professionalism at all times.
- Exude a positive and professional attitude with members and partners consistently.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- 1–3 years of experience with mortgage origination.
- Proven sales experience and strong relationship-building skills.
- Experience with Encompass preferred.
- Construction-to-Permanent loan origination experience is a plus.
- Call center experience preferred.
- Threat understanding of Federal and State mortgage regulations.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Exceptional time management, strong multitasking, and sound decision‑making skills.
- Eligibility to meet the requirements of the SAFE Act and must be registered with NMLS.
- Availability to work Monday‑Friday 8:00AM–8:00PM with rotating Saturdays.
- Must be able to train in Lakeland, Tampa, or Sebring for 6–8 weeks.
- High school diploma or equivalent mandatory.
