Personal Financial Planner

Our firm is rapidly expanding and we are looking for an experienced financial advisor to advise our clients and help them make smart, profitable decisions to meet their financial goals.

• Research and provide financial advice and strategies that are suitable based on client risk tolerance and financial objectives
• Design customized financial plans suitable for each client based on potential life changes and changing financial needs
• Help clients implement financial recommendations such as life insurance, savings plans, mutual funds, and other financial products
• Collect each client’s financial information to determine financial status, financial goals, cash flow, and financial expectations
• Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to existing clients; track and monitor communications in the client file, including strategies and financial advice given

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or related field is required
• Experience with computer programs, such as MS Office, Google Suite, CRM systems, and financial planning software is essential
• Superior customer service, math, relationship, and communication skills are preferred
• Knowledge of the financial industry, financial products, best practices, and tax regulations is desired
• Valid professional license CPA, or CFP (Certified Financial Planner license from Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards) and FINRA Series 7 and 66 are required
• Preferred bilingual:
  Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese, Vietnamese, and Korean
• Success as a financial planner, personal financial advisor, or financial consultant is desired
• Bank Manager, Relationship Banker, Mortgage/Loan Officer, Small Business Banker is desired

Compensation: $120,000 per year
